Motherhood can sometimes become a very lonely place, I find the more tough things become the more I cut off from people and socialising 😞
••
However the more I talk to mums/Dads and Grandparents at our drop in session the more I realise that we are not alone!
••
Going to groups and classes, is not only for your little one to have some Interaction with other children and burn off some of that extra energy, but also a place where you can be with lots of other Mums and Dads who know the struggle, with the highs and lows of parenting
••
To anyone having a tough day or had exhausting weekend, get yourself to a group this week and try hard to socialise.
••
Likewise If you are someone who regularly attends groups and notices a new face, say “hello”and ask how someone is doing, your words may mean so much to someone at that time.
Be kind always!!!!
