Possibly our most favourite order!

It takes Izzie about 4-5 mins to make each keyring once the name letters are laid out.

On Monday an order of 28 keyrings was completed.

A photo was sent of the keyrings, the packaging and the proof of postage receipt was sent.

Despite promises no payment has been received. This is unacceptable.
This took hours... as much proof was sent. To say I'm cross is an understatement.

From now on, payment will be made when ordering.

After not receiving payment for an order, we now ask you pay half the cost at the time of ordering. It is completely unacceptable for Izzie (and I) to put our time and effort into making the keyrings and payment not be made.
