Lovely family day out supporting my sister, Shobna and my nephew Akshay (his West End debut) in Everyone's talking about Jamie musical. Amazing show, wonderful talented cast, fabulous music ,singing and dancing, very funny and entertaining ! It's on in London until March 23rd 2024. It's definitely worth seeing. Proud of Shobna and Akshay !

Christmas was spent with my family, my wonderful sister , my nephew and his lovely girlfriend. My mother in law also came from Denmark. We had such a special time preparing and enjoying great food , my Masterchef sister at the helm! eve Christmas dinner . Our culture in our hearts - we are now settled with love and mutual respect the understanding of missing our wonderful mum on these occasions. She kept us together we continue the tradition despite those others who love to divide ❤️

Managed to pay my respects to Queen Elizabeth.
Queued for 11 hours and fortunate to have met some lovely people in the Elizabeth Line! It was a beautiful sunny day and clear night to marvel at the magnificent sights of London en route.

I also visited Green Park to see the abundance of heartfelt floral tributes,stunning, fragrant and very moving.

Paying repects on the passing of our dear Queen.
She dedicated her life and was committed to her role to the very end .
Truly amazing monarch with such an engaging wonderful smile.

Following the lifting of restrictions on 19th July, here at Hertford Aesthetics safety is still very much an important matter. However mask wearing is now a personal choice which I will respect.
The treatments involve close face to face contact and on many occasions your mask has to be removed for treatment.
As a Dentist wearing PPE has been part of normal practice pre-Covid and cross infection protocols are second nature!
I will continue to use PPE and follow my robust cross infection cleaning protocols.

I will also continue the pre appointment screening for Covid as its better for all to defer treatment to a later date if you have Covid symptoms or feel unwell.

I hope you like my new treatment room. It is smaller but bright and airy. The windows are still kept open to keep the room well ventilated.

The extra Covid safety measures I have put in place will remain as the infection is still contagious.

Great day training today with .uk in Stafford at Medispa 28 with Dan and Barbara
This wonderful course was well run and Dan's knowledge and teaching was second to none in a fabulous facility and being amazing hosts! Good to meet so many supportive delegates too. Feeling excited and confident about being able to offer Vit B12 shots and Intravenous Nutritional Therapy soon at Hertford Aesthetics.

Wonderful to have reopened after a long lockdown and doing what I love! It has been a busy first week but such a privilege to meet and treat new and regular patients again. There has been a good variety of treatments but not many before and after to showcase just yet, as it can take 2 weeks for the effects 😉!
The 💋 are fresh off the needle, a lovely natural outcome achieved with Teoxane RHA Kiss dermal filler.
The scarring in the second photo (swipe next) has been treated with microneedling using the Dermapro device twice at 3 month intervals (between the lockdowns!) in September and December. The lowest photo shows the scar just before the 3rd treatment this week and it is amazing to see it disappearing! It is flatter and more homogeneous to the skin.

Treatment 1 platelets were used together with the microneedling. It is called iprf , Injectable Platelet Rich Fibrin treatment
combining the microneedling and iprf are so beneficial, it is the gold standard in natural bio-stimulating skin treatments.

treatment 2 was with Hikari Meso Cocktails from .uk which were personalised for my skin .

I'm looking forward to my next treatment after lockdown but in the meantime I have been maintaining the radiance with some skincare from Cosmopro Cosmed range. .uk

using the Deep Cleansing Gel, a wonderful combination of salicylic, glycolic, retinol and vitamin C to which leaves my skin clean and hydrated. After I used the Clarifying Solution cleans of dead skin cells with salicylic and glycolic to further help with cell renewal the Pro Peptide Eye Serum daily which contains retinol and peptides and has rejuvenated the delicate skin around my eyes .

In the day, I use the Vitamin C30 Serum , a powerful antioxidant and I have seen a notable difference in my skin quality and brightness. Vitamin C protects and repairs the skin.
