Our First MIND, BODY & FITNESS WORKSHOP is happening 🤗

Starting Friday 13th September with our 6 week workshop will focus on 3 things:

1* Help anyone wanting to build confidence in the gym and get into exercise find something they enjoy with 6 different types of fitness classes over the weeks starting small and ending big, gradually building the time and intensity of your workouts up over the workshop 💪🏼

2* Kim is a qualified Nutrition and Weight Loss Coach and will offer guidance and advice along with meal guides and calorie setting over the 6 weeks to meet everyone’s Individual goals, wether that be weight loss, muscle building or simply learning to put healthier meals together 🥦🥞🥯

3* Lifestyle changes and forming new habits is a huge part of creating a healthier lifestyle and over the weeks you will have guidance & talks on all the small changes you can make to help you hit your goals and create a healthier you 🙌🏼

Our Workshop Starts on Friday 13th of September and will be held in our Studio 11:00-12:00pm every Friday for the 6 weeks.
