Filming for something new and SO BEAUTIFUL launching FRANKIEBRUSH this Thursday 28th 🙏🏻✨

It’s been a YEAR! A year today since the full building refurb ended. I can not believe the speed this year has gone! I’m SO PROUD of everything we are have achieved and are achieving in this building, as multiple businesses and a team full of BRILLIANT WOMEN! 🚀🤩🚀 How significant that it’s International Women’s Day today!!! 👏🏻

This time last year, I was absolutely panicked that things wouldn’t work, or I’d wasted time or money, or (in the darkest moments) that we’d have no clients & customers and I’d be sat in the building on my own with a boat load of brushes 😂.

I can safely say that it has been a smash hit of a year. Some days we can’t fit anyone else in the building. We have the most beautiful space, there are now NINE of us, in and out, all running amazing businesses. It’s everything I wanted! Makeup, bridal hub, aesthetics clinics, beauty, nail techs, lash & brow techs…all under our fabulous roof.

For me….Makeup By Frankie & Bridal By Frankie are the busiest they’ve ever been. And I’m SO proud that is growing fast & furious. It’s a huge focus of mine and we have a really exciting year to come. I have learned so much in the last 12 months. Although I’ve been self-employed for 10 years this year, this is the first time I’ve felt like I’m running a proper business. It’s hard, it’s really hard! I have hours where I want to bury my head in the sand, but I’m keeping myself as organised, passionate & fierce as possible! 🌟

Thank you for sticking with me you guys….having an insta full of MORE amazing women (and some men in there for sure!), makes me feel great. I take huge comfort knowing that you’re there. 🫶🏻

Two years vs 12 weeks old 🩷☀️💗 Needed some serious strength this time, gal is HEAVY! 🤣

Good morning beauties in the UK! 🇬🇧 Jan travels are coming to a close, we are heading back to Bangkok for our last few days! See you SOON! Happy Sunday 🇹🇭💫

If anyone would care for a little dose of insta vs reality?! 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼🤣 Two mins after this gorge swing time in paradise, I took Harri’s nappy off to get her skin in the salt water (struggling with heat rash!)….to which she immediately decided to try and do a poo in the water! 💀 We were in this lovely cafe bar with a tiny little bit of sand at the front, with the clearest water you’ve ever seen, and with lots of lovely people in…most whom were young travellers and don’t understand toddlers doing giant poos in front of them 🤣🤣🤣. I had to pull her to the front of the water, all the while she’s trying to go, also crying because she doesn’t want to get out of the sea, also whilst I’m trying to hide behind the tree away from the people in the cafe 🤣. She did the poo. (If anyone has a two year old, you will know that they are alarmingly giant and look like they could never come out of your stunning child). I had to CATCH it in the water with my BARE HANDS and casually throw it to the tree stump & sand. Still hiding. Then had to get Nana to rescue me with an old nappy to pick the damn thing up and take to Kaz to throw away. At the same time Harri shouts ‘BYE POO POO, FLUSH AWAY NOW’. With me wish just wishing it was 5 mins before. *Heads insides and orders large daquiri*.

MERRY CHRISTMAS to you, from our fam 😍🎅🏼❤️. This year is a really special one for us, as we haven’t all been together on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day for years and years! 🎄 I’m the middle child and I’ve been trying to organised my nuisance siblings since SEPTEMBER, to decide where they are going for Christmas Day. All I wanted this year, was this! 🥹🙏🏻❤️

I KNOW family PJs aren’t for everyone…..American family wannabes blah blah, but I wanted to support a small & gorge new local business , and I just wanted to be all snugged up and cosy with my amazing family! ❤️🎄🙏🏻 We are so lucky to have this time and we don’t take it for granted. Wishing you a beautiful Christmas, whatever that might look like ❤️❤️❤️✨

THREE YEARS today! Since our magical day 🤩💫 ILYSM ❤️

For anyone that’s new here, Kaz and I got married three years ago in the height of Covid! 🤩 We got married at the registry office and then went back to my Mum and Dad’s for gorge lunch. Celebrated all day and sang karaoke until the early hours 😂

- We had no guests 😂
- Our ceremony was meant to be at 3pm and they cancelled our booking by accident so we had to get married at 10am 😂
- Our Mums had masks on signing the registry 😂
- And I was so disorganised at this time because of the world chaos (and also I’d launched days before!)…that I only bought my suit 5 days before. We got married on the Saturday, and I bought it on the Monday 😂 THANK YOU for being great!!!

BUT aside from any of the above it was the best day ever! In fact, it all adds to the story. It was the best best best! About 60 of our family and friends surprised us outside the town hall, all stood socially distanced 💔🥹❤️. It was freezing so everyone had got coats on, but loads of the ladies had hats and fascinators on - SO CUTE I CANNOT 😭.

So basically, if you’re worried about your wedding, and the final details, and it being perfect. DON’T be!! Sit back and enjoy 😍❤️ And remember why you’re getting hitched! LYSM ❤️

I could not be more grateful and HAPPY with the last 9 years. All of you wonderful wonderful people I get to share it with. All of the amazing brands I get to work with. All of the times, the nerves, the changes, the highs, the challenges, the refurbs (💀🤣), the arrival of - one of my favourite achievements ever 🤩🙏🏻

Biggest LOVE to my team who I spend my working days with. The building is exactly how it should always have been, and everyone in it. A group of funny, talented, smart women - who LOVE what they do. 🩷

On this day 9 years ago, I was a 25 year old one-man-band, about to start the BEST JOURNEY EVER! ✨✨✨✨✨💄

• We had SO many beautiful clients/brides/visitors at the Studio, including 2 past brides, one from almost 8 YEARS ago 🥹.
• 4 beautiful brides & venues 😍
• A tiktok lesson 😵‍💫
• We’ve battled with kids and hot hot bedtime!
• Harri said her first sentence that actually made some kind of sense (‘Pup Pup, what’s up?’ ~ to Scout 🥹).
• Scout escaped and was found rolling in the grass in the field down the road. 🫠🤣
• We gad great chats with the Team….including talks of a girls hol! 😈😈😈

What a week. The summer is absolutely non-stop chaos! Bring on this week, for more of the same + my first two MASTERCLASSES! ✨

After MUCH deliberation, and what I would call ‘digging in to the soul to find out what on earth you want’; I’ve landed. Clean, simple, timeless. And of course. The star had to stay! ★

you’re amazing.

Over the last decade, I’ve morphed in to 4. Or so it feels!

1. Makeup By Frankie: The Studio, our services, my team & my obsession with makeup.
2. : My pro makeup brush range, of which I’m incredibly proud.
3. my bridal business. Of which I am also incredibly proud.

4. A Mum & a wife! 💖 Harri is my biggest achievement to date. I mean I grew her and gave birth to her?!! And obsessed with her since the day she was born. Kaz and I are beyond lucky to have her and each other 💖

I’m morphing again! I’m currently investing every ounce of energy I have left (from the above 4 😂🤯), and taking on the next challenge.

I have taken over the building where we have been based for the last 8 years, and since April 2022, I’ve been planning a huge renovation project…Builders, structural engineers, building regs, electricians, painters, fire & security, gas installation, design, metal fabricators, glass cutters….the list goes ON! I’m looking back now, with around a week to completion, wondering how on Earth I have fit the above in. 💀🫠

I hope you love the new branding, and I can’t wait to update next week!!!
