Now this is our JAM! 🍓
Our Buckinghamshire carer supported a client to make and package up five jars of various jams and preserves.
They then decorated the jars with wrapping paper for an extra pop of colour! 😍 Once properly packaged up, they’ll be posted to the client’s granddaughter as a gift.
Activities such as these are just one of the many ways in which our Walfinch carers support people.
Wish these jams good-luck and safe travel in the comments below! 👇

Stooped Posture: A Sign of Osteoporosis 🦴
One of the common signs of osteoporosis is a stooped posture, which results in a hunched or bent-over appearance.
As the bones in the spine weaken, they can no longer support the body’s structure, causing a noticeable change in posture.
This is more than just a sign of ageing—it could indicate underlying bone loss and should be addressed to prevent further complications.
