Tender and Customer Operations Specialist
Flexibility of working from home and in High Wycombe
You will be part of Tender and Customer care team, Preparing and submitting tender responses on behalf of Cepheid in line with the commercial strategy. Ensuring they are not missed and submitted on time. You will also be work with customer care supporting day to day activities.
Your Responsibilities
Provide support to a specified Sales Region in the closure of commercial agreements for Cepheid – working in line with sales, order management, contracts and legal teams if required
Process all contract requests per policy guidelines, obtaining approvals as necessary.
Work with Sales Team when contracts are due for renewal or expired
Attend relevant sales ops & legal meetings to ensure all non‐standard contracts and pricing issues are addressed appropriately.
Document, incorporate and share information to sales teams regarding contract updates, pricing, promotions, new product launches and related policy changes.
Oversee activities which require special handling to ensure delivery commitments are met, communicates order status, and related items as required.
You will be Responsible for creation and amendment of customer accounts, work with the MDM team. Provide back up to MDM team when required. Customer pricing – ensuring prices are created in SAP, and dealing with annual renewals

SalesForce / SAP or CRM experience
Tenders experience ideally within the NHS
Experience with working within a customer-focused team.

In this role you will work closely with the field sales team to actively engage and nurture existing early-stage sales opportunities with the objective to help accelerate the purchasing process of the buyer.

Plan and coordinate daily activity to increase number of touch points with early stage funnel customers from assigned list.
Achieve prescribed daily call activates
Use appropriate sales material and information to answer customer’s questions and help progress the sale.
Cover early stage hardware funnel opportunities for open territories to assist in keeping customers engaged with Beckman Coulter Life Sciences.
Maintain accuracy of customer records in assigned CRM
Qualify prospects to determine sales potential.
Build rapport with prospects and customers to generate new and retain existing business.
Nurture and progress multiple early stage 1 and stage 2 hardware sales opportunities.
You should have the following experience/skills:
Highly motivated, success driven and passion for sales
Solid understanding of tactical sales skills and progressing customers through the buying cycle.
Degree Qualified
Self-starter…you’re the kind of person that sees opportunity and tackles it!
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills leading to results.
Experience with personal computer, e-mail, and Microsoft Office Programs
This role can be office based in High Wycombe or work remotely from home.

Business Analyst – Northern Region – Beckman Coulter Diagnostics
Location: High Wycombe
Job Purpose:
As Business Analyst you will partner with our senior management team, contributing to the company’s success by proactively delivering accurate and timely information and analysis of business and sales financial data, target, growth forecasts and trends.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
•Extraction of relevant data from Oracle and SFDC utilising Power Bi dashboards for business meetings and additional commercial analysis
•Continuous development and enhancement of dashboards and KPIs giving insights on how the commercial sales organisation is performing and expectations on the future trends
•Conduct pricing analysis for public tenders and support of our distributor partners
•Support the follow up of profitability KPIs at European level
•Further development of:•templates to support data collection for sales budget and sales forecast purpose
•predictive sales models taking funnel data from SFDC
•modelling, calculation and approval of sales incentive for the Northern Region
•Forecasting business opportunities to drive allocation of business resource.
•Support sales managers and sales representatives in understanding their sales forecasts and reasons behind any trends.
•Prepare bespoke analysis for regional sales leads (UKI, Netherlands, Nordics) to drive business actions and results
•Analyse service KPIs to drive efficiency within in the organisation
•Comply with the requirements of Beckman Coulter’s data security and document management policies.
Skills & Competencies:
•High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
•Highly organised and ability to multi-task whilst adhering to tight deadlines
•Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
•Experience working with Oracle/Power Bi and/or other data reporting systems
