Before we do that though we will be in London from the End of this month until the end of October to cover all your corporate and private catering needs.

I’ve been running AngryBlackKitchen for almost 4 years now.. 🤯

For the most part I’ve been doing it alone with the help and support of my tribe (closest friends & family) it’s been a hard, laborious and challenging journey and I’ve loved it on some days and hated it on others.. but it has sustained me and mine for so long.

What started as a YouTube show turned into a business and brand and quite frankly grew beyond my wildest dreams and admittedly in some aspects it became what I never anticipated it to be, but because of bill’s & responsibilities I just went wherever it took me.

As I approach the 4 year mark I’m realising I’ve lost my way and in some way my passion, not for food, but in general… so moving forward I’m deciding to take a moment to plan what I want ABK to be and let go of the aspects of the business that are draining me.

I say all this to say please bear with me as I switch up AngryBlackKitchen because I’m burnt out and overwhelmed and just need a moment to structure the business in a way that’s good to me and every single one of you that has supported AngryBlackKitchen over the past 4 years.

I appreciate every single one of you & I hope you stick around to see what we have in store.

This is one of our absolute favourites from our canapé menu and it always goes down an absolute treat!

It was paired with our Red Pepper Sauce and quite frankly it’s an absolute match made in Heav(kitch)en 😂🙌🏿

Our first ever pop up at was an absolute success (even if I do say so myself) 🎉

I want to thank EVERY SINGLE PERSON that showed up this past weekend; I am overwhelmed and grateful for the support by so many of you!

Hearing people I’ve never met say their proud of me is a very heart warming thing 🥺❤️

3 Course Meal for the Lady that made it all possible. 🥂

My mum turned another year older & I created a menu with her favourite dishes of mine.

Starters were Grilled Suya Prawns on a bed of onions served with Grilled Plantain

Mains were Suya Fried Chicken with Plantain Waffles and a honey Suya sauce.

Dessert was Malt Cheesecake with coconut caramel sauce.

Mum loved it & I realised this was the first time I’d ever sat down to eat a 3 course meal made by myself 🤣

This week in the kitchen I made a honey Suya Chicken with Crinkle cut plantain chips (inspired by )
