Its principle is wholly based on finding balance and equilibrium through the body. Imbalances occur due to a host of factors including influences from the environment 🌍 around us, as well as the emotional and physical demands we exert on ourselves.
Just like reflexology, rebalance, rejuvenation and restoration are at the heart of each treatment.

Where did the last 12 months go?? 🙈
I launched at the end of April 2021, just as the 2nd lockdown was lifted.
Daunted and curious are 2 good words to describe how I felt, posing more questions ❓❓than I had answers for.
“How do I find new clients?”
“Will anyone come?” 🤔🫣

But with a sprinkle of bravery 💪🏻, confidence in my clinical level 5 training 🤓 and support from family & friends🫶🙌 I‘m still here 👍 and ready to tackle year 2 👊.
