This house was once split into 3 flats and definitely had lost its mojo. We pulled it apart, removed all the “crap” (architectural term alert!!) that had been added over the years, renovated, refurbished and extended it and returned it to a beautiful family home. The transformation of entrance hall and staircase alone is stunning. ⁣

Our house in Bangor West is well under way….

Great to see this fab new home in Antrim finally completed.

It not often you get the chance to throw the doors open. The grass is looking like a Savanna but the trees give a great shade. This project in South Dublin was completed in 2019 complete with external wall insulation and full height sliding doors.

It’s all the little details that count, beautifully captured here by the very talented .

We are delighted with how this kitchen extension turned out. We had the pleasure to work with fantastic clients who trusted our vision from the outset and also with a great team of craftsman who were able to deliver that vision.

We’ve finally started on site with this fab new house in Bangor West.

Great site + Great clients. This fab house, which was designed 10 years ago in 2012 (where does the time go!!) has just gone on the market with . Sneak on over to their website for some great shots of the house which still looks as well today as it did when new.

And we're off!
This extension in Phibsboro is modest in size but massive in its ambition. With careful remodelling of the entire ground floor, the project promises to be transformative - turning an unloved and outdated property into a contemporary, light filled, open plan home.
It goes to prove that there is design potential in even the most uninspiring houses.
We are looking forward to see how this one turns out

Time to slide open these massive sliding doors in our Sandycove project and embrace that indoor outdoor vibe!

This project was all about capturing the views across Lough Derg. A long and frustrating process but definitely worth the wait! A guaranteed stress reliever.

Hard to believe this little beauty is 10 years old. Floor to ceiling glass, polished concrete floors, reclaimed timber cladding - all timeless. I wish the designer could grow old as gracefully!

We have just received planning permission for this family friendly extension to the rear of a semi D in South Belfast. Cool, crisp. rendered boxes replace a hot-potch (there's a word that's not used often enough!!) of poorly lit, poorly designed previous additions, creating a new open/broken plan (yes, that's a thing!) family-centric living/kitchen/dining area, filled with light and connecting with the garden.
