Architect or Architectural Technologist

We have an exciting opportunity for:

- a talented fully qualified architect or architectural technician/technologist with a high-quality portfolio

- a dedicated, highly motivated and enthusiastic team player,with a strong work ethic and excellent organisational skills.

The minimum requirements for the role are:

- 5 years post qualification practical office and site experience – UK experience only.

- Knowledge and understanding of current UK planning and Building Regulations, materials and construction techniques.

- Must be AutoCAD proficient. Revit experience ideal.

- Experience in generating and submitting planning applications, full Building Regulation and working drawing packages in Autocad and/or Revit

- Experience in a range of sectors would be ideal although sound residential experience is a minimum requirement, including direct client and contractor interface.

- Excellent design skills with good hand drawing / sketching ability together with good written and communication skills is essential.
