So a little about me. My name is Julie Morris, I am a yoga teacher, founder of You And Yoga, mum of 2, seeker of happiness and life-long learner.
I love yoga for how it makes me feel and the effect it has had on my health & well-being including stress levels, hormone balance, self-confidence, and happiness.
So if you are ready to find a way back to yourself, back to your own power, re-balance your body and get the joy back into your life then you’re in the right place.
I combine my specialist skills and knowledge in the field of Yoga, Ayurveda, TCM & Yoga Therapy to create packages that will suit you where you are right now.
I offer several different types of retreats for those wanting to escape, but if your needs are different let me know. Packages are created based on how much yoga you want to include in your stay and any specific requirements. Onsite is the beautiful Hazeldene Cottage which sleeps 4 people, perfect for a small group getaway.
Whether you are frazzled and need a relaxing weekend of de-stressing yoga, a beginner looking for a personal intro or maybe you’re dealing with a physical or emotional issue we can create a plan just for you.
