We have reorganised and everything is back where it usually is size wise. The top of the 2nd rail is the remaining 2-3 year items. The bottom of the 2nd rail is over flow of the above sizes that we put out this morning ❤️

We won't be making it over to Springfield Mill Stationers today unfortunately, forgotten I have a physio appt in the middle of the day. We will be there tomorrow instead.

As far as we are aware there is still a fair bit of stock out on the stand and the shop is back open 9.30am till 5pm today 😚❤️

We have had to move things around the stand to get everything we had on, so please be mindful that where sizes usually are they are now moved about.

Over 200 items have been put out in 2-3, 18-24, 12-18 and 9-12.

Again, PLEASE put items back with the correct size if you decide not to purchase them - we are doing our best to keep up with demand and this will help us save time trying to re size and organise everything when we tidy up each time we come🙏

We will be back again restocking at Springfield Mill Stationers next Tuesday when the shop opens again after the Bank Holiday. (The shop is open tomorrow, Saturday 4th and then closed)❤️

We found 2 boxes of boys 2-3 year items hiding today when sorting out the storage room... there are 100+ items of it.

We have double checked everywhere and this will definitely be the last of the bigger sizes for boys & girls. The last of the girls items in this size were put out at the mill today.

We are aware that the actual stand is looking sparse.. we have size ordered everything and tidied up again. We are working on replenishing it all ASAP 🙏

We have had an incredibly busy evening and lucky for us an absolute diamond of a friend came and helped too🥰

This is everything that is going over to Springfield Mill Stationers tomorrow and will be out on display at lunch time for you all.This is boys 2-3, 3-4 (majority) and 4-5 year. There are over 100 items.

We will then concentrate on a rail full of girls stock, hopefully in the above sizes too but unsure what there actually is at the moment.

And then once that is out at the mill (hopefully friday), we will get to work on a full restock of newborn upto 18-24 month again.

We have so many messages coming in asking what we are putting out next and hopefully the above helps explain and give more clarity on our agenda ❤️

📣ONLINE STOCK💻

After a few conversations with various people.. we have decided that the online stock and anything in our storage room will be taken over to the mill. Not all at once obviously, but as and when we need to re stock this is what we will do. Please note that we will not be putting our efforts into ironing this stock like we would usually, as the items are £1 each.

To those that have messaged us so far wanting to buy some of the online stock we will sort this for you by the end of today.

Our stand at Springfield Mill Stationers needs all new stock putting out, as you all have pretty much sold us out, again! The second rail is completley empty and our stand has a few bits and pieces left on it currently. We will be working on getting new items on hangers and over to the mill tomorrow hopefully.. but if not it'll be Wednesday. We will post on here as soon as everything is fully restocked again.

We are receiving countless messages, apparently the stand at the mill looks like its been raided 🤣 (thank you to everyone who bought items yesterday) and we are still trying to figure out how we move forward with the online stock and the stock in our storage room.

We will do our best to get over to Springfield Mill Stationers tomorrow and re stock for you all. And we will post on here again when we have decided what we will discount our online stock to.

😪CLOSING DOWN😪

We have made the very difficult decision to close our lovely little business. Our family circumstances are changing as Felicity approaches primary school and we feel this is the right time to say goodbye to Eco Babies 💔

We have been open for over 3 years and can honestly say the support we have had from our wonderful customers has been beyond anything we ever dreamed of. You have quite literally been putting food on our family's table and we will be forever grateful. Thank you to each and every one of you.

The final closing date is 25th May 2024. Our stand at Springfield Mill Stationers will continue to be restocked until then when we remove the business from the shop, all items from now are £1 each.

We will announce our online closing down sale tomorrow once this has been figured out.

What a wonderful chapter of our lives this has been and we will be extremely sad to close it when the time comes at the end of May 🥹

In the last 3 yrs we have nearly reached 100 Facebook reviews, we have over 1,100 followers on here, so many orders/sales/wonderful customers and most importantly I have been able to stay at home with Felicity because of you all... I couldn't be more grateful - not bad going for a tiny home grown business❤️

Everything changes over time and i am well aware that we haven't been keeping up to the online side of things, I have been prioritising the stand at Springfield Mill Stationers because that is open to the public... the online side of things is hidden away and extremely time consuming which i dont seem to have much of at the moment. Felicity starts 'big school' in September so I am sure things will yet again change when I have more time on my hands.

But for now, thank you for keeping this little business going with me... it means more than you will all ever know 😚

We have been to Springfield Mill Stationers this morning, cleaned and restocked our stand.

The quietest month for us here at Eco Babies and also a month filled with such lovely winter bugs in our household - the joys of owning a little germ machine 🤣 please tell us its not been just us battling the coughs and colds??

Currently sat on the floor in the storage room putting an order together, the storage room is now organised and back to some sort of normality however we have decided to not open it to the public for the time being until we get more stock ironed and hung on the rails ❤️

A little bit of small business reality 🫣

Over Christmas we pushed the whole of eco babies to the back of our storage room so we had more space to accommodate family gatherings etc.. and with felicity being off preschool and not having time without her to get all of this back to normal, it's still looking a complete mess!

Felicity was due to go back to preschool today but has an upset tummy so she isn't going in and can't go in for 48 hours which means the 2 full days at preschool she has a week are out of the window this week! Joys of trying to run a small business and being a mum at the same time 🫠
