Here's what the day involves....

Breathing practise and guided meditation with Nat & Jo from (US!)

We have a gorgeous Yoga AND Yoga Nidra session with the wonderful .intheflow 🙏 Both of these sessions are very inclusive, so it really doesn't matter if you are a novice or a Yogi master.... These sessions are for EVERYBODY 🎊

Light lunch provided with fresh bread from 🥖

A guided walk around the local area with the wonderful Danny from 🚶🚶‍♀️

Optional massage therapies with and 🙆🙆‍♂️

Self massage for the face using aromatherapy oil 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

A goody bag to take home with plenty of lovely treats 🧁
