Followed by the delicious pan fried gnocchi with whipped ricotta, watercress emulsion, green beans, broad beans and radish!

Finishing off with the white chocolate and honey parfait with Sharrington strawberries, buckwheat crumb and lemon balm.

New dish alert 🚨

We have waved goodbye to the crab crumpet and are now introducing the crab arancini! With a pea and mint veloute with fresh peas!

For the next 6 months we have 6 delicious wines lined up to show case each month.

Junes offering is this delicious Italian crisp, dry white. It is light bodied with fresh citrus aromas and flinty mineral notes. It’s got good structure and a clean finish, a well balanced tipple!

Another new dessert? YES and it’s strawberry season and we stopped off at this morning to complete this dish. Strawberry and clotted cream parfait, buckwheat, finished off with fresh strawberries and lemon verbena. The taste of summer!

New dessert and this is a good one!! Forced rhubarb topped with custard, chantilly cream, ginger crumb & mint! What’s not to like? We expect this one to be a crowd pleaser!

Ignore what the weatherman is saying, we are ready for warmer weather and delicious spring produce! Just like this new starter of Burrata, with fresh peas, basil & wild garlic pesto, topped off with hazelnuts and croutons!

We have some newcomers to our wine list, welcome the Orange Wines (skin contact)! To keep it simple, orange wine is made from white wine grapes but with the skins left on and kept in contact with the juice, from a matter of days to months. Which gives it the colour and complex flavours!

1. Solara Orange from Romania. A complied and structured wine with a blend of Sauvignon Blanc & Riesling grape. With elegant flavours of stone fruits & a hint of vanilla, this wine is incredibly fresh and delicate.

2. WAAS Semillon from South Africa. This 100% Semillon is a deliciously drinkable & approachable orange wine, with aromatics of peach, apricot & a creamy finish.

3. Perusini Pinot Grigio from Northern Italy. A 4 day long pre fermentation cold maceration enables Perusini to extract the colour from the skins, while keeping the delicate flavours. Full bodied with notes of Strawberry & tropical fruits.

4. Gramillette Pet Nat! And finally something for all you fizz lovers! It’s a fine, fruity & a fresh blend of Clairette and Syrah from Rhone Valley. With aromas of white peaches & red currants, it’s light whilst still juicy!
