Private Weekly weigh ins
Guidance on diet and accountability
Your own personal diet & fitness log book.
Full PT support.
Followed by bodyweight exercises including core and stretching to increase your flexibility and balance.
Includes weekly homework.
Can’t make this class then add on to your Group PT session/s you already attend.
Weigh in and receive your own book without attending the Friday group session.
£2.50 a week.

With the weather now changeable and winter approaching.
Could I ask you if possible to wear indoor shoes Only in the gym area.
This will save the equipment from getting damaged from any grit brought in on your trainers and salts from the roads and paths.

Can I also suggest to clean down the equipment after using please using the blue roll and antibacterial in the gym. With illness on the rise this would help to keep the gym a cleaner place.
I will continue to clean the equipment after my clients.
