Started working with this lad this week. We looked at his strengths and what he wants to develop in his game.
We spoke a lot about the fact that not only do we want to work on those areas of development but really practice those areas of strength.
Let’s face it most of the runs scored are going to come from those areas of strength so why not make them even better.
