Join me and embark on a transformative exploration of Yin and Yang energies, guiding you towards a state of profound relaxation and renewal.

You will be guided through a sequence that combines gentle Yin poses to release tension and restore flexibility, with some uplifting yang postures. This slower, more meditative form of yoga allows us space to turn inward and tune into both our minds and the physical sensations of the body. Postures are held for longer periods of time, using props and alterations to target the connective tissues of the body rather than the muscles.
