We are looking for an Early Years Educator to join their team to deliver a high quality experience for children in our Preschool aged 9 months – 6 Years.
Working as part of our exciting expansion offering more breakfast and afterschool club places across all the age groups.

Available to work Monday - Friday 3-6PM you will work 5 days a week on a fixed rota. 15 hours per week.
Term time only with the option to add some holiday club.
Criteria required to apply for this position:
Experienced Early years Educator (Level Two, Three or equivalent desirable )
Ideally trained in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding/Child Protection, and Behavioural Management.
Required to provide high quality care and education. Emphasis will be on supporting learning and development, working alongside the Preschool team, parents and other agencies.
Possess a flexible and adaptable approach along with excellent communication skills and must be able to quickly develop relationships with both children and adults.
Need to have an excellent understanding of EYFS, observing, supporting and extending Learning. Be involved with Planning and assessment.
Successful applicants will join us in providing a high quality care and Education for the children attending Rowley Lane Preschool.

More information about the funding for 2 year olds is starting to come out.

We want to make sure that parents don’t need to choose between having a career and having a family.

That’s why today, we’re confirming that from January, more parents will be able to apply to claim their government-funded childcare provision.
As part of the biggest childcare expansion in history, this will give eligible working parents access to 15 hours of childcare per week from April.

New childminders can also receive a financial boost of up to £1,200 with the launch of the Childminder Start-up Grant Scheme starting tomorrow.

We recommend applying for childcare support between mid-January and the end of February to get your code in good time, and avoid having to renew registration ahead of the start of the offer in April.

Starting September 2021.

Available to work between the hours of 7.30 am – 6pm Monday to Friday Term time only and some Holiday club days 7.45 am - 4.45 pm Monday – Friday.
