Trying to convince the weather it is summer through salads every day!

Doing the has completely changed my outlook and attitude to food and nutrition! People often say “won’t you put all the weight back on if you go back to eating like you did before?”

The honest answer is yes! You can’t expect miracles! The products are a tool and the steps are a tool to reeducate yourself on food and nutrition!

Transformation Tuesday!

Bank Holiday edition! Both out on walks, one was a gentle walk in the peaks which I found tough at over 18 stone, compared with the right hand photo which was from Sunday - climbing up Pen-Y-Ghent and feeling great ⛰️🥾

Our products are so handy for on the go! Yesterday I hiked up Pen-Y-Ghent and this lemon bar was the perfect pick me up at the top!

PT session followed by

This time last year the thought of doing anything after my PT session would finish me off! Now I’ve been to parkrun, smashed a PB and I’ll be heading out on a dog walk soon!

I truly believe the success to my weightloss has not only been the fabulous but also as part of following plan I have completely reset my habits! Making activity part of my daily routine and focusing on successes in getting fitter has definitely helped me take the focus off the scales when I have weeks where it doesn’t move that much! It’s all about the big picture and building new, healthier habits!

Office prep!

I am in the office tomorrow, I was meant to be out for a team lunch but that’s been cancelled so no excuses! Prepped myself a chicken protein bagel (348 calories) and got my two products! Dinner is also pre tracked so I know I’ll fit into my step 4 day perfectly 🥰

Fail to prepare and all that! This literally took me less than 5 minutes too!
