Join our small and extremely busy Huddersfield team on a permanent basis. You will work with and report to the Operations Director.

The Operations Assistant role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked in a fast-paced environment and with previous customer service and operations experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

Scheduling day to day activities across the field teams to make sure customer targets are met.
Problem solving.
Managing resources efficiently and effectively.
Dealing with queries from customers on a daily basis and working towards tight deadlines and targets to ensure they are completed within a timely manner.
Complete administration tasks in relation to compliance, scheduling, purchasing and inventory management, inputting information on to our internal systems.
Liaising with suppliers to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
Build rapport with our teams, customers, clients and suppliers through excellent in-person, telephone and e-mail skills.
Responsible for issuing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Liaise with customers to make sure their expectations are effectively managed and supported.
Monitoring mailboxes and responding to communications quickly

Job will either be full time or part time job share.
