I am FULL from Monday 18th - Friday 22nd December and i am then away on holiday and back working Thursday 4th January.

Hi Everyone.

This is just a message to all my clients that have got an appointment booked between Monday 18th - Friday 22nd December..

As we all know Christmas is the busiest time of the year and all my appointments are timed with no space for movement or add ons, these are all done area to area to make it as smooth as possible.

Like always i will be taking a £10 deposit for these appointments that will be knocked off the price on the day. This can be paid anytime up until Friday 17th November. (Or whenever your next appointment is if after that date)

I hope you can all understand and if you need reminding of these appointments or need to change anything then please let me know, although i am now full the whole of that week unless i get any cancellations.

I am then away from Saturday 23rd December and will be back at work from Thursday 4th January.

N A I L R E P A I R S

I just want to touch on this with all my clients..

If you contact me to repair your nail for example you have done something to snap/chip it and this is something that has nothing to do with the application of the polish that i have done (yes we all have accidents) then please remember there is a charge for this..

I have been very soft with this over my time as you are all regular clients to me and of course i appreciate all of your bookings but when this happens and i am coming to do this free of charge there are various factors that i am loosing out on.. fuel to get to you, products used to fix this which normally includes glue, builder gel, colour, top coat and my time.

I really do not want to sound tight but the number of times i do this to try and help you all out and don’t even get offered anything (yes a lot of your do which i am grateful for)

If something is my fault in the case of the gel has not set properly i will 100% take responsibility for this and within 48hours of application this will be FOC.

I hope you all understand, i appreciate every single one of you and thank you for your custom but this is also my income and time.

It is now roughly 4 nail appointments (based on 3 week appointments) until Christmas!!

I have day time appointments left on Monday 18th December and 1 appointment left for Skelmanthorpe ONLY Wednesday 20th at 10:45am and after that i am now fully booked for the rest of the week.
