When Eichelle says I could only Squat 80Kg, my legs are sore after training!!
I've seen this a lot recently........
I'm not a big fan.
1. We were all new once
2. Most clubs only get approximately 100 - 200 members in January and most will head to the cardio sections. (It's safer!)
(Most clubs have a similar number cancelling their memberships, so there's only a small net increase)
3. The gym and classes were quiet in December, where were you?
4. If you're such a regular you already know of alternatives you could do.
5. Here's a New Year's Resolution for you.... STOP MOANING!!
6. ..... and if you are new to the gym, WELCOME!!
