Our next table top sale is going to be the first Saturday of next month 03/08/24

booking a ticket is for you to set up and sell your airsoft equipment at Halo Mill CQB in Huddersfield, Space is limited and you will need to bring your own table if you need one!

Doors will open from 09:00 letting you set up before buyers enter at 10:00

Halo Mills tournament will be starting this month🏆
moving forward the last Sunday of each month will be dedicated to hosting our own CQB tournament day for any who wish to attend!
pre booking will be required and we cannot accommodate walk-ons for this so make sure to message us for your place (online booking for this will soon be available as well)

- Squads must consist of a maximum of 5 members and utilise a squad name.

- All participating squads will need to arrive and check in between 09:30 and 10:00am to ensure they can be briefed and have any weapons tested.

- First game of the tournament will commence no later than 10:30.

- Standard TDM rules will apply to each game and whilst our first tournament will be be TDM we may alternate game modes on a monthly basis to keep things fresh.

- Each participating team will compete against each other in order to gain wins that will dictate the winner

- Entry fee will be £50 per squad regardless of their numbers.

- The tournament will see the winning squad receive a prize as well as going on our winners wall for the following month.

- Any form of cheating or failing to abide by game and site rules will result in an immediate forfeit and expulsion from the tournament without hesitation.

Relatively quick PSA;

For future reference and for concurrent players;
We have a fixed "doors-open" time. We expect players to arrive and enter the site within 30 minutes of "doors-open" so that we can get the first game going as soon as possible.

Doors-open times:

Wednesday-Friday @ 17:30
Saturday-Sunday @ 9:30

First game start goal: 45 minutes after doors-open (this gives everyone time to set up, go through chronograph and get the briefing over with; this may differ depending on circumstances).

Arriving early will result in you having to (unfortunately) wait until we finish setting up the arena alongside the safezone; we do strive to open up earlier if we've managed to complete all our tasks, giving you time to set-up and relax however this may not always be the case.

Alternatively; arriving late will potentially end up in you missing out on games; we want to strive for a healthy relationship between everyone we meet and host for hence this reasoning (we want to get games going as fast as we can). You will also have to be given a briefing alongside going through our chronograph (nobody is allowed to bypass this for health and safety purposes), potentially missing out on more game time so it's advised to reach the site as soon as possible.

We understand that people have jobs or matters to attend to which may run them late so send us a message mentioning this asap and we're happy to cater for when you do arrive so we can get you into games as fast as possible!

Sorry if this sounds very ranty; we're currently aiming to have a consistent management of time throughout the day which requires getting games going as soon as possible so we can squeeze more game time into a single day.
