Hope Church Huddersfield - Sharing Life in Jesus Hope Church is a new church in Huddersfield, and we began life in late 2010.
Life and Hope centres on Jesus Christ. Hope exists for all who want to find out about faith in Christ, and grow in the knowledge of Him. If you want to find out what is at the heart of the Christian faith, then why not come along to one of our activities? Join us for our morning service at 10.30am and evening service at 5.00pm at Brian Jackson House.

Lewis pastored Gunnersbury Baptist Church in London for over twelve years, and in 2010 was called to plant what is now Hope Church Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, where he is now Senior Pastor.
Sarah read English at Cambridge and now works part-time as an English Teacher as well as being involved in ministry at Hope Church. She has written a children's book about Hannah More and contributes to EN and Solas, as well as speaking at women's conferences.

Our weekly baby and toddler group has started! We meet every Friday during term time at Gledholt Methodist Church from 10-11.30am.
This group is open to any carers of children ages 0-4. We have a suggested donation of £1 per family per week. Come along and join us!
Our Christianity Explored course starts tomorrow. There's still time to sign up! If you've ever wondered about the meaning of life, the relevance of Jesus, or just want to learn more about the Christian faith, this course is for you!

🙌 What an amazing Easter Sunday we had last week! We watched six people get baptised and four children dedicated to the Lord. It was a powerful reminder of God's love and grace for us all.
We want to thank everyone who joined us in worship and celebration. It's always a joy to gather as a community. If you missed it, don't worry! We have plenty of opportunities to connect and grow with us.

On Good Friday at 10.30am at Oasis Centre we will have a short service reflecting on the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross.
On Easter Sunday we are having a baptism service at 3pm at The Jubilee Centre in Paddock and will be celebrating the resurrection of Jesus.

This Sunday (12th March) there will be a special service at 4pm with some infant dedications. This will replace the 5.30pm evening service and everyone is welcome!

Remember that tomorrow (Sunday 26th Feb) is our annual Missions’ Day.
We’ll be thinking about mission, both local and far and wide! Rob Scothern is coming from Derbyshire to bring God’s Word and to share about his church planting work.
Please bring your packed lunch, and please plan to stay for the afternoon hour long time for ministry, Q and A and encouragement.
There will be no evening service (5.30pm) tomorrow.
We're excited to announce a special event coming up at our church next month!
We'll be hosting a guest speaker, who used to be involved in the Liverpool crime scene. He has an incredible story of how he found hope and redemption through his faith in Jesus Christ, and we can't wait for him to share it with us.
But that's not all - we'll also be serving up some delicious pie and peas for everyone to enjoy! It's going to be a great evening of hearing an inspiring testimony, enjoying some tasty food, and connecting with others in our community.
