We have a very yummy selection of cakes for you to choose from this week! We thought we would make it even more difficult for you before we close for 2 weeks 🤪

Anything from cheesecake, tarts, chocolate cake, Lemon cake, cookie slices, cookie cups, brownie, our special slices and soooo much more!! Don’t leave it to late because when it’s gone, it’s gone for 2 weeks!!

# # # # Please read my full post # # # #. This has so upset Megan & me.....

I have thought long and hard about doing a post but I'm going to.... as this is so hurtful.....

Yesterday (Saturday) was a crazy day at The Willows... over 100 people must of come through our doors.....
Heather called to book a table about 11.45 for 4 people, I explained that it was crazy busy but table 4 should be free for 12.30. So I booked them in.
We had a queue out the door and I was taking orders and payments from everyone...not just sitting inside but decking and garden was full to....
Most people do come and order at counter as they can see what's there...
We have a new girl just started and went to take there order. He was apparently rude to her but I didn't know this till later....
After a crazy hour ... I was in the kitchen and Megan came in rather upset because the guy had a right go at her. .. told her she wasn't working hard enough 😡 basically she was useless.....he then stormed out....

His wife was at the counter saying how sorry she was for what he said....she said he was out of order and couldn't apologise enough..... she told us he had a bad day BUT no one talks to my daughter OR any member of my staff in that way ever..
I told her she is always welcome but he is never to come into The Willows again...

Megan and myself are so proud of what we have achieved since the changes last February...its so busy now but everyone loves the atmosphere...food...cakes... everything....
We have such a lovely place and will go
" above and beyond " to make everyone's visit an enjoyable one....

This review he put on has so upset me...
Sorry for this but decided we are so much better than what he has put...
