Strawberry Cheesecake Poke cake and old school chocolate oat slice

So i remembered to take a picture before I hacked it up this time 😛

you can't beat a slice of old school cake and custard infront of the TV in the evening 😋

I'm getting a bad habit of forgetting to take pictures before I hack a bake up 🙈👀😬

This weekend was a Chocolate Slice, simple and easy but extremely moreish, so much so there isn't much left

My neighbour spent half her evening on Sunday helping me find my cat that escaped 🙀

Its only right I make her a cake for her grandsons birthday tomorrow to say Thank you

At least if I give it away it doesn't end up on my waistline 😜

Well there hasn't been alot of baking the last few weeks as I've been away and now "trying" to eat healthy 🤣

However this is something I see online and just had to make 👀 and yes it made alot more than I was expecting 🤣

So last night I decided to try a new bake from a reciepe book that was released earlier this month from George's Bakery

This included making George's "Thiccc caramel" and using LOTS and i mean LOTS of chocolate 🙈

This reciepe made 2 loaf pans worth! 😳🤯

This consists of a brownie base, layered with Caramel and then dark& milk chocolate melt in the mouth layers and drizzled with white chocolate to finish off

Note to self, invest in taller pans 🍫🤣

Simple Vanilla cupcakes with plenty of thick icing

This weekend was a new challenge,

Vegan lemon drizzle cake
Brownies (no egg/butter)

Both made with Gluten free flour and almond milk

Vanilla buttercream 4layer cake covered in fondant
(ooof our friends do challenge me with fondant 😂 determination at its finest for this one)

Vanilla cupcakes with chocolate buttercream

This weekends fun,

Chocolate chip scones with clotted cream and choc spread 🤤

a small 6inch buttercream cake, because you know, why not 🎂😂

Its not often I mess with fondant icing but thought id give it a go 🤣🙈
