Me and Tina knew nothing of this media bombardment about the pub being up for grabs and was lead to believe we were in negotiations for a further five years
We will not be getting in touch to find out what is going on with the property personnel till after the new year so we know no more than you guys but there are a few things we would like to clear up regarding the aforementioned listing
We have been here for fourteen years now and have NEVER seen three thousand and eight hundred pounds consistently through the summer months let alone all year round that the property people say you will hit for that annual turnover
Sky & TNT would cost you about £840 a month
RENT @ 20,000 we are paying way less than this and was hoping the discussion would end in a deduction plus don’t believe that’s cheap because they support you ,all the support we receive the tenants pay for ie heating and chiller , electrical compliance testing , they even now charge you a membership of five pounds a week for poster club so you can receive the most basic of posters you can then BUY more if you wish
Me and Tina work this bar alone and maybe we may not be everyone’s cup of tea we are hard working doing all shifts between us and doubling up when busy but now feel slighted at the media charge .our books are open if anyone would like to see them but at the current pricing and rental for this public house we both hope you can work harder or cleverer than ME & TINA
