Given the layout of the neighbouring properties pleached trees were used to create a living screen to provide privacy
and also add a touch of elegance to the garden. 🌳

It really has been another stunning week for the gardens. Has anyone else noticed how green everywhere is looking?
Here's some of this week's highlights from the gardens we've paid a visit to.
A little self indulgent post to get you in the mood for the upcoming Chelsea Flower Show 🌸🌼🌺
Here's the first of two RHS Award Winning Gardens which we built back at the Hampton Court Flower Show in 2016🏅
This Conceptual Garden, 'Our Lives in Time's Hands', was designed by . The garden represents the passing of the moment, and was inspired by Shakespeare’s Sonnet 60, which speaks with melancholy sentiment that everything born will wither and perish.
Have a fabulous time if you're lucky enough to be going next week!
"Quick! Take a picture! The sun's out!"

Did you know that Tree Ferns are not actually trees? They do not develop a woody trunk that functions like other trees. Instead their trunks are made up of packed roots and rhizomes, giving them great stability.
In late Spring the fronds begin to unfurl, transforming your garden and creating some natural shade.
Whilst the weather can't quite make up its mind about what time of year it is - we know it's Spring! 🌸 Let's get those gardens BBQ ready!!! ☀️
Happy Easter to all of our wonderful customers 🐣🐰🌸
Elevate your outdoor space with Charcoal Porcelain Planks from
We enjoyed working on this project as it's an example of just how versatile this style of paving is.
Porcelain paving has been growing in popularity thanks to its low maintenance, hard-wearing and aesthetically stunning nature.
As dusk descends, this doesn't mean that your garden has to go to sleep...
Uplighting keeps your outdoor space alive well into the evening! It is a way of creating a dramatic lighting effect and draw attention to you favourite areas of the garden, whether you are illuminating water features, paths, planted borders or external walls.
Slurry Primer is a thin cementitious material which is painted onto the underside of paving slabs prior to laying. It helps to create an excellent bond between the mortar bed and the paver.
Grasses bring multi-seasonal interest and structure to your garden. Early Spring is the perfect time to cut back deciduous grasses and 'comb out' any dead leaves of evergreen varieties.
