With the recent hot weather and more predicted to be on its way has it made you re-think how you use your space at home? Do you need more of it, or to make better use of what you already have? FACT ALERT: from initial contact with Arc, to being building ready it takes on average 3-4months. This allows for surveys, idea discussion, drawing and the decision time by the local council. Please allow for this when planning your build or renovation ✏️

With December underway what’s your one ‘go to’ or your one ‘no no’ when it comes to decorating your house? Arc can help you create the space for all the festivities but you still need to bring the traditions 🎄

With COVID still affecting certain sectors and with Christmas round the corner please be aware that we still are experiencing a longer than normal turn around from the councils. This is affecting the amount of time the council are taking to grant planning permission etc. once they receive the applications. Please consider this if you are planning to get your works started in the new year and build in some extra planning time ⏰ 🗓 ✏️

After a year we won’t forget, the countdown to Christmas seems to have started, but there is still plenty of 2021 left to start planning changes to your home. You might have ideas in mind or no idea where to start but that is where we come in. Get in touch to talk it through 📧 📞 ✏️

So a slide might not possible in your dream house but with the rain closing in this weekend why not use the time to plan your changes. COVID may still be affecting us all but Arc Design can still work as normal and make your ideas a reality. What’s at the top of your list?? ✏️

LEARN THE LINGO 4: CAD Drawing - a ‘computer-aided design’ drawing which is created using computer software, to create a technical image, displaying all the components of a design. These use to all be done by hand prior to the development of these programmes ✏️
