I'm retiring August 2023 and I'm busy until then so therefore I'm not taking on any new students.

I am no longer taking complete beginners as I will retire in June 2023. But if you can drive and have a test booked depending on availability I could be the driving instructor for you.
It may also be possible to arrange an intensive course at rates much less than quoted on the internet . National intensive course providers take a commission then contact local driving instructors
to do the actual work.
If you have passed your theory test or willing and able to pass it before the end of the year I could arrange an intensive course for you with a driving test date for spring or early summer. I can not promise an earlier time as at the moment the waiting list for driving tests is very long.
I have many years experience of using the Derby Alvaston and Nottingham Chilwell driving test centres and I have a very good pass rate at both sites. I will however consider other test centres.
Please note I never take candidates to a driving test unless they have had driving lessons with me beforehand.

A few lessons to get you to test standard and the option to take your driving test in a driving instructor car will greatly increase your chances of passing the driving test.
