Seeing a homeopath for the first time🌿❓ Here's what to expect...

✍️ A complete picture of you:
During your first consultation (which may last up to 2 hours) your homeopath will be fact-finding to help build a complete picture of you. Be prepared to answer questions that extend beyond those of the immediate problem.

🌿 Homeopathic remedies:
Your practitioner will prescribe a remedy that most closely matches your unique pattern of symptoms. You will either be given your remedy at the appointment, or your homeopath will order it from one of the homeopathic pharmacies who will post it to your home within a few days.

Ilkley Complementary Therapies & Yorkshire Flower Essences

Ilkley Complementary Therapies and Yorkshire Flower Essences are joining us at our Health & Wellness Event next Saturday 10th September.

10.30am: Dr Julia Flash of Ilkley Complementary Therapies will be giving a talk on the health benefits of McTimoney Chiropractic for adults, children and pregnant women.

1pm: Janet Darby of Ilkley Complementary Therapies will be giving a talk on the benefits of Five - Element Acupuncture.

2pm: Jenny Howarth of Yorkshire Flower Essences will be speaking about the process of making, and the benefits of using flower and vibrational essences as " Catalysts for Positive Emotional Change".

Jenny comments: “We are excited to be a part of the Ilkley Wellness Event and invite people to enjoy a short taster treatment or just a friendly chat with our therapists.”

Both Ilkley Complementary Therapies and Yorkshire Flower Essences are proud to be part of the Ilkley Manor House community, supporting our precious local history and heritage.

The event takes place 10am-3pm on September 10th at The Winter Garden.

As part of the Year 3 Action Plan to develop at least two promotional campaigns to benefit businesses across the town, the Health and Wellness Event is one of the current projects we have been working on to benefit the BID businesses in the health, fitness and wellness sector. The project includes an ad in the Ilkley Gazette, coverage in the Rombalds Radio podcast and a stand at the event on 10th September to showcase their services / products.
