Shamanism is an ancient spiritual and healing practise that has deep ties to nature. You don’t have to be spiritual to receive Shamanic healing as long as you are open-minded.

I approach healing always with kindness and understanding. Sometimes healing and energy balancing can be relaxing, sometimes it can be difficult, sometimes we need to let emotions out. Whatever the effect of the treatment, I am here to hold space for you and provide ongoing support.

I love crystals and working with them. Everything has a vibrational quality so when we have a crystal near that resonates with what we want in our lives, it can draw that very thing. As personal gifts I've been giving loved ones crystal bags with personalised crystals charged with reiki, they make such lovely gifts and I'd like to start offering these to others. I can make personalised ones with someone and specific needs in mind and I'm going to offer pre-made ones with the following themes:

Healing
Love
Success
Communication
Protection
Grounding
Wealth
Good luck
Manifestation

Each gift bag will come with 3-5 crystals and a small card explaining the crystals are charged with reiki, the idea, what the crystals are traditionally used for and how to care for them.

These can be posted in a secure jiffy bag, gift wrapped in crepe paper and ribbon ready for the recipient.

I'm still in the planning stage so if anyone has any suggestions for other themes and a name for the crystal bags (crystal bags sounds a bit weird!) I'd appreciate any input. Also, price suggestions, what would you pay?

I have a running joke with my most regular clients that I make people cry!! The more I practise the more I realise this is true, however not in a bad way. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety. As a reiki practitioner I use my hands to deliver energy to the client, improving the flow and balance of energy to support healing.
Benefits aren't exclusive to but can include: reduced stress/anxiety, better sleep, cleansing the body of toxins, clearing the mind, emotional wellbeing improvements, physical improvements, easing of aches/pains/migraines, accelerated healing, pain relief, relief from mental health issues such as depression, better quality of life, improved mood. Whatever the situation I will do my best to help.
In my experience the energetic body and the physical body are so connected, if there is an issue with one it will affect the other. By opening up to reiki, I can help balance the energetic body, giving the client the relief needed to achieve overall harmony 🌻
