Hi folks with the park being so quiet we have decided to close during the week but will open (weather depending) at the weekends. 🚣‍♂️ Unfortunately it is just not viable for us to remain open all week but fingers crossed the sun will shine so hope to see you at the weekend 😃 We’ll open both days 11-4pm 🚣‍♂️😃🚣‍♂️

So the Whin Park Boating crew 🚣‍♀️are swapping the oars for golf clubs tomorrow morning as we join Gus at Inverness Crazy Golf for his 24hrs charity golfathon 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♂️ Pop along to say hi 👋 & if you can any donations would be greatly appreciated 🫶🏼 There’s some amazing prizes to be won in the raffle too!! 🙌

Right then…here we go…and we are excited and terrified at the same time! (Lots of info so bear with us and feel free to share this post as we are trying to raise as much as possible for lots of charities).

Its official…22nd June 5pm-23rd June 5pm, I will be playing crazy golf for 24 hours and we need your help..looking for teams to play one hour of the 24 with me…all you have to do is raise £100 per team (which amounts to only £25 pp if a party of 4, could be a business or just pals…whatever) and we will allocate that money to one of the 24 charities we will be chosing. Ideally help with the graveyard shifts as im sure the daytime will be filled easily! (We hope!)

If you fancy getting involved just get in touch or message us…so far without trying too hard we have raised about £1000 of our £2400 target….

To summarise…

24 hours of golf by me

Looking for 24 teams to get involved and raise £100 per team, and play just 1 hour of the 24 with me

Raising money for 24 different charities which we will announce who they are soon.

and a wee side note….longest game of mini golf played continuously….is 24 hours!! I applied to the guinness book of records but filled out the wrong forms….obviously…so will be an unofficial record and we will send them video evidence/photos etc so you never know!

Well that’s a wrap for this season 😔 Due to the awful weather, flooding & snow on the forecast we’ve decided to close. We would like to thank everyone who has visited us & of course a huge thank you to our team who have certainly had their work cut out for them bailing out the boats most of the summer💪 ☔️ We look forward to welcoming you all back when we open Easter 2024 😃🚣🚣

Woohoo October hols just around the corner 🙌
We'll be open every day from 11 am so why not pop down to see us before the end of season 😀 Our last day of the season will be Fri 20th then the boats come off the water for the winter 🚣‍♀️ No need to book just turn up & go 'n' row 🚣‍♀️🚣‍♀️ Forecast from Sunday onwards looks good! Saturday is looking to be heavy rain so we won't open……..but should that forecast be wrong we’ll be there 🤞

So my Loganair flight from Stornaway last night took us right over the boating pond 😃 Not a bad view from up there in the sky 🚣‍♂️

The boats will be open this weekend from 11.30am, looks like our Indian summer will be around to! ☀️☀️🚣‍♂️
