“BLUE MONDAY”
Good morning to all Clach fans.
Today is officially labelled as the “saddest day of the year”, with many of us facing different challenges in life. Here at Clachnacuddin, we look to change that, and bring some positivity to your day. That’s why we are delighted to be opening our boardroom doors on Monday the 29th of January from 5pm to 9pm to provide FREE hot and cold food with drinks for those in need and anyone who feels like they simply want some company.
We will be operating a minibus collect and drop of service for people who may struggle to travel, along with deliveries for those who would rather stay in the comforts of their homes.
Here at Clach, we want to be more than a club that represents you for 90 minutes every Saturday. On the night we will be re-running old match footage, have memorabile from over the years along with friendly faces serving the food and providing stories.
We will also have Mikeysline information on hand to anyone who may like to get in touch for support.
This is welcome to anyone in the community, we would appreciate if you could please share the word. If you require any more information, message us directly and we will gladly assist.
Very proud to sponsor these highland ladies! ❤️💚.

Press release about our new collaboration with High Life Highland. 15% off Physiotherapy and sports massage services for High Life Highland members. Appointments available at the Inverness ice centre and Inverness Leisure. Book online! Sports massage appointments available today.
……..
A new physiotherapy clinic will be opening in Inverness Leisure Centre on Monday (November 1).
The High Life Highland site will be welcoming the Robust Physiotherapy and Sports Performance Clinic to provide physio and sports massage within the Bught Lane facility.
Inverness Leisure Manager Steven Clelland said: “We’re really excited to give our members the opportunity to get a sports massage or physiotherapy within Inverness Leisure because we know what a huge difference physio can make to people with injuries.
“The clinic will be in the strength and conditioning gym making it convenient for highlife members to access the services and it also allows people to use the onsite gym facilities for rehabilitation with support from the physiotherapists.”
The Robust clinic provides services to sportscotland and Highland Rugby Football Club.
Founder and owner of Robust Fiona Hogg said: “This collaboration with Inverness Leisure came about after meeting the HLH chief executive Steve Walsh after a Highland Rugby match and we discussed how our clinical services could benefit highlife members, helping to keep members fit and active and achieve their aims.
“We have a team of highly skilled practitioners with experience working within many sports from professional football for Inverness Caley Thistle Football Club and Celtic Football Club to Olympic skiers in the Austrian Alps. Our sports massage therapist, Josh Meekings is a former professional footballer and therefore knows the demands of sports people.
“Our practitioners will be able to provide carefully guided rehabilitation plans to aid recovery from injuries and allow members to make best use of the gym facilities to help achieve their specific rehabilitation goals.”
Appointments can be booked for Monday to Friday at www.robustclinic.com and highlife members receive a 15% discount on physiotherapy and sports massage at both the Inverness Leisure and nearby Inverness Ice Centre clinical sites.
