We would love to invite you to come along and enjoy a day of therapies, workshops and products that promote your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being.

There will be taster sessions and appointments available on the day for treatments including Access Bars, Emmett, Reiki, Shiatsu, Reflexology, KCR, Massage, Aura-Soma, Shamanic and Energy healing. Perfect for resolving aches and pains and to give your body some relief and clarity from daily stresses and stored up emotions.

Available from our stalls you can try some CBD oil for relaxation, pain prevention and easing stress and anxiety.
Beautiful organic skin range products to make you glow from the inside out. Stunning handmade crafts to use in the kitchen and bring some sparkle to your home or as a unique gift.
It’s the perfect place to pick up your essential oil roller balls, mists and mixes for daily use to calm or invigorate.
Fresh tea leaves for detoxing, boosting energy and balancing hormones.
Pick up a crystal that’s calling you and keep it in your pocket to raise your vibration throughout the day
A selection of stunning handmade crystal jewellery and soaps.
Beautiful pieces of original art to brighten up and soothe your space.

Why not have your cards read and receive insight and guidance on what’s to come, by one of our lovely readers. Choose from tarot, intuitive, angel, physic and soul readings.

There will be cups of ceremonial grade cacao available on the menu, which compliment the workshops perfectly.
Have a cup before delving into a guided meditation or a sound bath and you will feel a deep connection to yourself and gain the clarity you need to let go, release and heal, bringing in joy and contentment, relaxation and stimulation simultaneously.

We have outdoor activites for the children to join in with, so if the sun is shining we encourage you to bring the family and a blanket and pick a spot on the lawn for a picnic, or sample some of the tasty meals offered at the kitchen, with a slice of homebaking and a freshly brewed coffee.
