Biatas Geamhraidh - Winter Beetroot
Has locally grown beetroot from Achnagairn Farm, if you select the Brie, it is the lovely Morangie Brie from Highland Fine Cheeses in Tain and if you select the Vegan cheese it will be from Left Coast Culture based very near me in Belladrum!

Sitheann - Venison
The Venison Salami is from Great Glen Charcuterie, the chestnut mushrooms & leek purchased from the fantastic Veg shop in Beauly and Orkney Smoked Cheddar from Corner on the Square Deli

Refreshed menu below, we have returned to the Gaelic named pizzas after the Lovat Camanachd Cup special. You will see ’The Gaffer’ pizza has been renamed and features on this menu. Some of you will be happy to see the Winter Spiced Beetroot has returned, trying to keep seasonal and local with most of the ingredients.

In celebration of a big week in Kiltarlity we are delighted at Falaisg HQ to share our Lovat Shinty Club themed menu for this weekend! The Manager and 4 of the players have selected their favourite toppings and they are available for you to order for collection this friday. Pizzas are limited so order quick!!! Margherita Pizzas are available at Kiltarlity Post Office, Coffee Shop & Village Store from Thursday morning

Updated Cook at Home menu for collection at Falaisg HQ this Friday (26th Aug). I much prefer a Friday bake day, so this will become the norm.

Now you will notice that the Pizza names are in Gaelic. I have been struggling to come up with creative names for my Pizzas so I’ve decided to keep with the roots of my brand name and maybe reconnect and gain confidence in using the language I grew up surrounded by. I was never fluent but maybe there is time for that yet!

For translation, the pizzas are as follows;
A’ Ghobhar - The Goat
Marag Dhubh - Black Pudding
Milis is Geur - Sweet & Sour

If any of my fluent Gaelic pals want to help me out with Pizza Topping ideas or correct my spelling & grammar I’ll be more than happy!
