Beach day 2 - We built a pool and had LOTS of fun jumping and sliding into the water 🏊‍♂️

Yippee, finally, warm enough for a couple of beach days ! We worked together to build a huge sandcastle and enjoyed running round and round through the moat.

We climbed a 'mountain' and had lunch at the top ! The farms, the sheep .. they all looked so small from up there!

Fun at

The BEST holiday ! Wild (daytime) camping trip. Exploring, hot chocolate and birthday celebrations. Location: "the middle of nowhere" (on a local private estate).

We had a wonderful day at where we played, walked and hunted for beasties. They asked us to report any sightings of bee-beetles and we saw one !!

With lunch on our laps, we watched dolphins jump up high and another dolphin throw a big salmon up in the air! So lucky to see this at .
Afterwards we visited to climb the rocks and run along the beach.

We love a visit to . This time we made up our own colour treasure hunt and took photos of the most amazing flowers which we grouped by colour.

We all enjoyed seeing the animals and playing on the tractors at . Lots of discussion about which animal is tastiest 😋🐷. (apologies to any vegetarians/vegans).

Many thanks to for our visit. The children now check in, weigh bags, have a cup of tea, go through security and rent cars when they travel on their play-holidays 😍.

A great 1 Day Holiday playing in the woods and building dens at the fantastic

The positive side of all the recent rain - full puddles and big waterfalls! Froghoppers who make bum-bubbles to live in and horsetails to make us gallop. Isn't nature amazing?

An adventurous walk with challenges set on the way for the older children whilst the younger ones pretended to be red kites flying through the forest. We climbed a super high tower and could see above the trees, all the way to the ocean ! Great 1 Day Holiday at Culbin Forest.

With thanks to the Inverness Museum for their friendly staff, hands on activities and for the taxidermy displays the children liked so much. We learned lots and really enjoyed our day.

1 Day Holiday : Wyvis Natural Play park and picnic beside Black Water / Little Garve Bridge.

During the summer, we offer " 1 Day Holidays " to give all children in our care the opportunity to experience a holiday of sorts. Our preschoolers are actively involved in planning where to go and what to take - waterproofs, suncream etc. They all help with the preparation for the day ahead such as filling water bottles, fetching shelters and bug pots.
We aim to fulfill all wishes and extend experiences by adding in extra elements that we think will be enjoyed.
