I am writing to inform you that I will no longer be accepting credit or debit card payments starting from the 1st of December 2023. This decision is due to the increasing cost of card processing fees, which have significantly impacted my business operations.

I understand that this change may cause some inconvenience, and I sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause. I want to assure you that I have explored various options to continue accepting card payments, but unfortunately, the current fees make it unsustainable for my business.

To ensure a smooth transition, I kindly request that you utilize our alternative payment methods, which include:

Unfortunately, I'm really going to have to start reinforcing cancellation policy

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Cancellation on the day or no show will be charged at full

Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all appointments, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

We understand that sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel your appointment at the last minute.

I'm writing to let you know that I will be increasing my prices on July 3rd, 2023. This is a difficult decision for me to make, but it's necessary in order to keep up with the rising costs of doing business.

I know that price increases can be a disappointment, but I want to assure you that I'm still committed to providing you with the same high-quality service that you've come to expect. I'm also committed to being as transparent as possible about my pricing

The cost of products and supplies has increased significantly in recent years.

Recovery is going well. Getting out and doing little bits each day and rest days also. I'm hoping to be back to work at the end of June start of July. I'm speaking to the surgeon on the 14th of June, so.will find out for definite then

Update
I am now home for the rest of my recovery, getting all the tlc I need from my family and diesel. I am still unsure of how long I will be off as I ended up having open surgery. Will keep you all updated as time goes on

Hello, sorry I've not been able to update first day of feeling a bit more normal after my operation on Wednesday. I've ended up having open surgery, so recovery is going to be a bit longer. As most of you will know, I have been suffering with my health over the last year now and have been undergoing a lot of tests and scans. I've finally had results, and I'm going to be going for an operation on the 19th of April. I will be off work for about 4 to 8 weeks. So if you would like an appointment before I go in, please get in touch as I don't have many appointments left

🚧 ROAD CLOSURE 🚧
The road from the airport roundabout to the pharmacy will be closed for essential upgrading works from Monday 30th January until Friday 3rd February between 9am-5pm. Diversions via Croy road and the old Tornagrain road will be in place so it might just take a wee bit longer to get to us! Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are open for business as usual from 8:30-6pm

*NEW CLASS*

Puppy Stepping Stones classes are 3 very special sessions where puppies get to explore and engage in sensory experiences and other appropriate socialisation in pairs or in groups with other puppies. These classes are a great 'stepping stone' for those waiting to join our 6 week Puppy Life Skills Classes, but are also hugely beneficial to anyone with a young puppy in the midst of their critical socialisation period. They are different to the life skills classes and compliment each other perfectly to get a well rounded experience for your puppy.
