*Product Update* Via this post we would like to inform our customers about the availability and quality of certain flowers. With the wedding season knocking on all our doors this information is very important for you. Ranunculus season = finished, if there are any available they cost a fortune and quality will be hit and miss. What is available are Ranunculus from South America, we will try to get some of these in regularly to satisfy your needs. Normally spoken we would advise to use Dutch Peony instead of White Ranunculus, but as we have told you last week already the Peony season is already on his last legs as we speak. Due to the severe rain we had over the last months the Dutch fields are very very very wet which means growers cannot cut and store their peonies this season like they always do. So also for peony we can only recommend you to not use them for weddings this season as simply the change is very big you will be disappointed with the quality. A lot of Dutch summer flowers will have a hard season this year for the same reason they just had way too much rain. At the moment we reject already way more shipments of flowers (freshly bought), and that is the same for many other companies. The auction has at the moment a record of complaints on the quality of the flowers delivered.
Is it all negative? No! Hydrangea is in full swing, grown indoor with excellent quality and with about 20% more production than last year the prices are on average also a bit lower compared to last year!
Prices are currently going down compared to the last few weeks, bargains especially on lily are available, and again mostly grown indoor so no issues with all the rain we had here!
ATTENTION CUSTOMERS!

*Peony Update*
Important information ℹ️
On the moment growers are cutting as fast as they can what is on the fields in Holland. This year the season will be for sure much shorter than other years. Normally growers harvest and store them for weeks/months to supply Peonies over the summer/wedding season. As it looks now , growers won't be able to do that as the crop is currently too wet (and more rain/hail expected tonight). As it looks now the next 2 weeks there will be enough available but after that supply and quality will be huge question mark❓. Please notify your customers about this as I am sure many are planning weddings / events with Peonies which could be problematic this year.
