🏊 20m Swimming Pool - Hosts an array of sessions for all ages and abilities. From our swimming lesson programme to our age specific family freindly or senior swim sessions we have something for all.

🏋 Fitness Suite - Our fitness suite has a mixture of CV machines, Fixed weight machines and Free weights to provide you with a full workout. Inductions if you have not had one can be done at most times so no need to book.

🏸Games Halls - The games halls have a wide range of activities from private clubs to hosting dance championships. Our own activites would be our fitness classes and bookable court hire which can be used for ⚽️🏀🏸🏓🎾.

🤸Gymnasuim - We have most of our adult fitness classes here with a mix of training such as Indoor cycling, Yoga, Circuits and Barbell. We also host childrens activities such as gymnastics and fencing. Sometimes bookable for badminton too. 🏋🤸🚴‍♀️🏸
