One of the major benefits of CBT is that it is a short-term therapy option, which means that individuals often experience significant improvements in their mental health in a relatively short amount of time. In addition, CBT teaches individuals practical skills and coping mechanisms that can be applied to their daily lives, empowering them to feel more in control of their mental health...
KEY COMPONENTS OF CBT...
A key aspect of CBT is its focus on the present moment and on actively changing thoughts and behaviours that may be contributing to current mental health challenges.
By working with a skilled therapist, individuals can learn to understand the interplay between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and develop new skills and strategies for managing difficult situations and improving mental wellbeing...
THE SCIENCE BEHIND CBT...
Following on from our post earlier this month that covered the origins of CBT and how it differs from other therapies, we get a bit scientific.
We've kept it short and to the point!
Next up we are covering the 'Key Components of CBT'. We have quite a bit to cover but believe it's important to share why we do what we do along with why and how CBT therapy can help so many people...
Totally admire the work this club is doing…
Can we ask you a huge favour?
If you see this post please share it.
It may be the nudge that one man in your life needs to get himself along to one of our groups next week.
That 2-second share could be the only thing needed to save a life.
THANK YOU! 🖤👌

If this sounds like you, you aren't alone:
"A report from protection and healthcare insurer The Exeter has stated that nearly two-thirds of all of Britain's 32.8mn-strong workforce are suffering from some form of mental stress because of their finances."
However, taking control of your money can actually have a positive impact on your overall wellbeing. So in our latest blog, we explore the 'Top 5 tips on Money Management and Financial Wellbeing' to help you feel more empowered and in control of your financial future.

Why not take 10 minutes out of your day to ask yourself these questions.
Then take it in small steps to make improvements where needed.
It could be setting reminders about when to eat, going to bed 15 minutes earlier than usual, joining an online support group and just acknowledging your feelings.
Understanding and acknowledging when you aren’t doing so good, is the first step to making positive changes.
You’ve got this. You aren’t alone.
