Malasana - Garland pose or most commonly known as Yogi Squat

5 health benefits of Malasana:

✅ Helps in reducing belly fat faster
✅ Opens the hips and groin
✅ Stretches the thigh, ankles, lower hamstring, back and neck
✅ Aids in digestion
✅Increases blood flow in the pelvic, keeping it healthy

You don’t have to be slim and flexible to do yoga. ❌
Being slim and flexible doesn’t make you good at yoga. ❌
It simply means you’re slim and flexible. ✅

Many of us think that yoga is all about doing splits, headstand and what more. ❌
If your body can’t do these, then yoga is not for you. ❌

Sometimes, or must I say, always? 🤔
We don’t always see much yoga in plump and inflexible bodies online.
Simple reason ➡️ it does not draw the ‘wow’ factor from us as consumers.

So here’s my attempt of bringing yoga to you all.

You don’t need to be slim and flexible to do yoga.. And this doesn’t even need to be your goal.

Embrace and love your body; it is the most amazing thing that you will ever own.

Your body is your temple. Keep it pure and clean for the soul to reside in. 😊
