Lots of work went into this one, troublesome bitumen covered, floor screeded (more than 40+mm difference in places) matted and tiled, all within a week.

Really enjoyed this one, Full refit with everything from design, supply and install for this ensuite in Ipswich.

-Energy Cream rectified 300x600 and Energy Cream Amazon rectified feature tiles 300x600 used on the walls, supplied by Total Tiles
- Finished with BAL Tiling Jasmine cream grout and matching silicone.

What a journey this kitchen has been on, check the end result 😍

With the old plaster crumbling away a complete rip out was needed.

We have been involved from day 1 rip out when we knocked the opening into opposite room, through to organising various other tradesmen to come in and help get this one reach its end point.

We went back recently and finished the room off with fitting upstands, new windowsill and fixing Poitiers white gloss 300×75 tiles from CTD Tiles, finished with UltraTile Silver grey grout & matching silicone and silver trim.

Recent photos of damage found when asked to build stud wall.

Noticed movement in corner of room when preparing, apon investigation under floor boards found rotten joists and sill plate.

Added DPC, Replaced sill plate and added sister joists where required.

Few extra days work than anticipated but thankfully all issues resolved before the floor gave way completely.

New insulated stud wall knocked up for recent customer.

Part of ongoing works at a property in Ipswich.

Had a call to say the decorators had finished and the renovation was now complete at a recent job in Castle Hill.

The textured tiles used for the top row really catch the light and seem to flow around the room.

UltraTile Adhesive and Grout (Silver grey) used throughout.

Beautiful Simply White Geometric tiles on the walls, Kelsey mid Grey on the floor and also featured behind basin and inside niches all supplied by Topps Tiles. Finished with UltraTile White & Silver Grey grout.

Room was stripped right back, walls reboarded, modified to support the wall hung double basin.
Finishing skim on walls that were to be painted.

Little patio extension in Mistley from a few weeks ago.

600x600s layed on full bed of sand and cement after sub-base went in.

Been quiet on here lately due to being so busy transforming bathrooms around Suffolk aswell as arranging viewings and getting quotes out.

600x300 White Neive tiles on the walls, 600x150 Wood effect planks on the floor all supplied by Total Tiles. Walls and floor grouted with BAL Tiling MicroMax2 in both Gunmetal and Pebble grout, finished with colour match silicone.

Lots of work went into fixing the old subfloor before any tiling took place, ensuring the new bathroom lasts the test of time.

Full design, repairs, tiling and fixtures all completed by LF Tiling.

After tiling a customers conservatory she asked me if I would come back to lay a patio and build a pergola to replace some old rotten decking for her.

Old decking was removed, posts set, sub-base added and compacted. Ryton Riven slabs where layed and pointed. After this I built the custom pergola.

Today I have been back to plant the pictured Jasmine, Clematis and Parthenocissus that will over time climb up the posts, leaving one very happy customer and a much more attractive space.
