Same day but 3 years apart, both celebrations.
To the left we celebrated our traditional marriage and to the right our new baby went to the house of God for the first time yesterday.
Through these 3 years we've received mighty help from God. We're confident of more in the future ☺️

Did you know that using mouthwash/rinses on a daily basis could actually cause more harm than good and as such should be used on recommendation by a dentist and not for more than 2 weeks at each instant.

Brushing twice daily with a recommended toothpaste and toothbrush for at least 4 minutes for adults and 2 minutes for children is good enough to keep the mouth clean.
