Progress in our extension project!

In the last month or so we have managed to gun up the concrete base where the garage stood. Unfortunately this has another base under a small layer of soil so a little more to be done.
We have also demolished the utility room ready for the foundations to be dug in the coming weeks/months when the concrete bases are gone👍🏼

Progress has been slow as I’ve been so busy with work (Thank you!). With the evenings getting lighter, hopefully I’ll be able to get a bit more done 👍🏼

Hallway ceiling plastered for my childhood football manager! Repaired all the cracks and skimmed over the Artex ceiling for a modern look!

Nice job from a few weeks ago. Kitchen ceiling was re-skimmed and coving fitted. Very happy with the result as were the customers!

You wouldn’t have known the customer had a leak from the bathroom above!

The loose plasterboard was removed before patching in new board and re-skimming the whole ceiling 🤩

They now have a smooth finish ready to be decorated.
All the work was carried out in one day, causing minimum disruption to the homeowners. Everywhere was left clean and tidy by the end of the day✨

The render on this chimney breast had blown so I knocked off all the loose plaster and filled with bonding before re-plastering.

This was previously one large bedroom with the family bathroom within it. The customer wanted to rearrange the layout so I added in a stud wall to make a separate bedroom and hallway with the bathroom off of it.

A recent repair job…

A customer had a bad water leak resulting in a section on their ceiling falling down.

I came in and re-boarded the small section of ceiling before plastering 🙌

A new kitchen/diner🤩

The previous kitchen had been ripped out by the customer ready for me to re- board the ceiling, bond the chases and re-plaster.

Fingers crossed the new kitchen will be ready in time for Christmas 🤞
