The MicroPOISE Sheet-Feeder PRO gives high-end control over your high-volume document production.

The machine applies Duogram, Datafoil and holograms, and hot stamping foil.

It applies up to 3,500 holograms per hour on an A4 (297 x 210 mm) sheet size and can apply up to 15 holograms to a single sheet.

Monday was , and we’re passionate about how we can help protect our planet. Here are some of the changes we’re implementing.

We aim to remove unnecessary plastics from our packaging, including substituting complex chemical-based processes with more efficient or sustainable equivalents.

Here's what we’ve done so far:

- Substituted the plastic toolbox for our MicroPOISE hologram applicators – the cardboard alternative is lighter and recyclable

- Investigated replacing the foam inserts in MicroPOISE packaging with the ‘Mycelium’ eco alternative

- Used recycled bubble wrap to pack ancillary components until an even better alternative is available

We have also now installed a cardboard shredding unit to recycle corrugated cardboard and re-use the material as packaging infill.

Our new cardboard shredding machine will allow us to re-use waste cardboard packaging as infill in future shipments – reducing landfill disposal at our manufacturing facility.
