Firstly, my apologies for the not sending this message sooner to you!
We are still waiting for a date for our move but are hoping to hear something this week, fingers crossed.
However, the reason for my message was actually to pass on my huge thanks to you for really making me feel so much more at ease than I ever expected to be when it came to moving. As I think I has said to you our home is the longest we have ever lived and have never had to move in a chain. I had deep concerns over moving especially as when it was moving my husband’s aunt 11 years ago, I developed the first symptoms that led to me being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Therefore, just the psychological thought of moving for me as been playing on my mind and I know worrying my husband also but meeting you and learning how you will look after us and handle the move for us really did give me a sense of calm and gave me a great trust in your service. I wanted to say my thanks again to you for this as it really did mean a lot and I can see why you come so highly recommended.
I really do hope once we get a date you will have availability as I really do want you to be the ones who help us with our move.
