I’m a small business owner whose mental health and lifestyle has been heavily affected by the pandemic, cost of living crisis, loss of my mother and partner and wracking up a tonne of debts trying to stay afloat all in less than 4 years 😱

Refusing to be beaten by the constant pressure and negativity I developed a solution for others who are weighed down with similar issues, are living with mental or physical health conditions, find themselves lonely or are just simply lost.

So I proudly introduce Smile Club (and it’s nothing to do with teeth!) 🌈 which is a monthly delivery of wellbeing, productivity and support with its own online confidence boosting community and opportunities to attend regular meet ups and events! Make new friends, learn new hobbies and skills and receive help and effective solutions where needed.

So it’s National Nothing Day. This day was proposed by Harold Pullman Coffin back in 1972 and has been observed annually in the USA since 1973.

When we our struggling with our mental health, we are often not in the mood to celebrate or do anything, and as there seems to be a day for everything these days this one is definitely a good one for us to “observe” 🙃🥰🌈

It’s Blue Monday! Apparently the most depressing day of the year 😵‍💫 But we all know that everybody has good and bad days which aren’t necessarily connected to any specific dates. So let’s try and make it a positive day - catch up with a friend, reach out if you need support, take a trip or treat yourself to a little something 🤗

I spent a lot of my time off over Christmas reorganising my home and paperwork. It feels amazing to have tidy rooms, cupboards and drawers. Getting on top of things like this really does help to clear my mind and boosts overall motivation and productivity. If you haven’t tried it already give it a go and let me know how you feel afterwards 🥰
