How do I get to Pendleton Gateway?
From Eccles Bus Station to Pendelton Gateway Car via M602 takes around 10 to 18 minutes depending on traffic 67 bus takes about 17 minutes plus a 2 minute walk

Take the active travel route: Cycling via Eccles New Road A57 takes about 16 minutes.

Terms and Conditions: Patients who attend a screening appointment from 23/07/24 until 09/09/24 will be automatically entered into the prize draw. The 3 prizes include one of the following: 2x £30 love2shop voucher or a 2-month free Salford Community Leisure pass

We and Six Degrees are working with GMMH to pilot a new CBT Menopause Group for patients.

The group will focus on low-intensity CBT interventions in supporting women with any symptom of menopause, whether these are medically induced menopause, perimenopausal or post-menopausal.

The sessions will be in person and will offer practical tools to manage symptoms and some psychoeducation and guidance around menopause in general.

If this is something of interest to you, please make a GP appointment to discuss and we will make the relevant referrals to Six Degrees, who will be leading this group.

Women over 50…

If it's your time to be invited for a breast screening, then make sure you look out for your letter in the post.

5 in 10 women decline their first breast screening invite.
It only takes a few minutes to perform and can help detect breast cancer at an earlier stage.

And remember, if you do have any lumps, bumps, or changes to your breasts or anywhere on your body, please make an appointment with your GP practice to get it checked out.

🔈Patient Notice 🔈

The surgery will be closed on the afternoon of Wednesday 19th June from 1.30pm - 6.30pm.
An urgent service will be available for acute illness that cannot wait until the following day. This can be accessed by telephoning the surgery where your call will be triaged to the appropriate clinician.

On this afternoon face to face appointments will run from Eccles Gateway.

We focused on dementia awareness, good nutrition and hydration and managing carer stress.

Thank you to the lady who made the beautiful home made cakes and to one of your GP for the hot cross knots. We were well looked after 😋
